Andrew B. Stewart, born Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, April 25, 1966; admitted to bar, 1999, Ohio and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.  Education: Furman University (B.A., 1989); University of Pittsburgh (J.D., 1998).
 
Andrew B. Stewart has been practicing law continuously in Miami and its surrounding counties since 2000.  He has been an active member of the Miami County Bar Association from 2000 to present; during that time has served on the Executive Committee (2006 to current) as an Officer (Secretary/Treasurer 2007 and 2008, Vice President 2009, and President 2010), and as Chair of the Law Day Committee 2001 – 2002.  He is a member of the Dayton Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.  He has been actively involved in his community by serving as: an Officer and Trustee of Tipp Monroe Community Services (Trustee 2001 – 2005; President 2003 - 2005); a member of the Tipp City Chamber of Commerce from 2000 to current; and as a member of the Tipp City Rotary Club from 2000 – 2007.  He currently practices in the following areas:  Juvenile Law, Domestic Relations/Family Law (divorce/dissolution of marriage and custody), Civil Litigation, Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning and Personal Injury/Wrongful Death.  Email: andrew@stewartlawyers.com

 

 

Bryan K. Stewart, born Springfield, Ohio, June 9, 1957, admitted to bar, 1989, Ohio and U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Education: Clark Technical College (A.S. 1984); Wright State University (B.A., 1985, Magna Cum Laude); the Ohio State University College of Law (J.D., 1989, with Honors). Military Service: United States Navy (1975-1981, 2nd Class Petty Officer-awarded the Navy Expeditionary Medal for service during the Carter-Iranian crisis and the Good Conduct Medal).

Bryan has been practicing law continuously in the Miami- Montgomery county areas for over 21 years. Member: Ohio State Bar Association, Miami County Bar Association (Chair of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee, 1999 to present, see Ohio Supreme Court representative case, Miami county Bar Assn. vs. Wyandt & Silvers, Inc., 107 Ohio St.3d 259), Tipp City Rotary Club (President 2002-2003); Tipp City Mum Festival (President 2002); Commissioner: Tipp-Monroe Cable Access Commission (Treasurer- 2007 to present).
